Collector's Office Setup and Functions

There are 8 Sections in the Collectors Office

They are A,B,C,D,E,F, G and H

Section A:

Functions under the control of the Administrative Officer, who is a Tahsildar Cadre.

Main Function of Section A are deals with establishment of Revenue Divisional Officers, Tahsildars, Dy.Tahsildars, Senior Assistants, Junior Assistants, Typists, Attenders, Scavenger, Watchmen, Village Revenue Officers. Tahsildars Panels, Deputy Tahsildars Panels, Compassionate appointments, Displaced persons employment, G.O.MS no 98

Office procedures, File disposal, Inspections, Maintenance of Attendance, Turn duty, Casual Leave Register, Revenue Officers meetings
 

It also deals with disciplinary actions of the above officers. Annual Property Statements.

  The main functions are sanction of Earned Leave, Maternity leave, Special Leave, Increments, Special Grade Increments, Transfer of employees, promotions etc.

LRMIS, FMS, Computerization of Land Records. 

Section B:

It mainly deals with accounts, Audit, Medical reimbursements, Pensions etc. Preparation of Paybills, Preparation of fixation of Pensions, Gratuity & GPF, LIF, Loans, Advances, Budget, Reconciliation, Number statement, Budget estimates, LTC , Income Tax, Audit Paras, Medical Reimbursements,

Sections C:

It mainly deals with Law and Order, attrocities against SC/ST's PCR Act, Bonded Labour, Cinematography Act, Christian Marraige Act, All preventive Detention Laws, Freedom Fighters, Pensions, Cast Certificates, Law Officers, Treasure Trove, Social Welfare exams, Antecedents, Festivals, Wages, Awards, Magesterial Enquiries. Inaward/Outward, Elections, Arms Act, Petroleum Products, Sub-Jails, Book & Journals, Explosives and Mines and Minerals

Section D:

It mainly deals with ROR appeal cases,  Pattedar Passbooks and Title deeds, Water users, Neeru Meeru, Suicidal deaths, Jurala RDS, Prime Minister relief, Village Accounts, Jama bandi, Land Revenue, Non Agriculture LAnd Conversion, RR Act, Apath bandhu, Gruha Raksha, Irrigation (Major and Minor) Houses Collapsed, Seasonal conditions, Calamities Relief, Drinking water, Help Line and Solution Fund.

Section E:

It mainly deal with  Govt land. Land Assignment,  Govt land encroachments, Alienation, Transfer of Govt Lands, Evacue Property

Section F:

Deals with  Tenancy appeals, Endowments and District Gazette, Inam appeals, Muncipalities, Stamps and Registration Act and Census.

Section  G:

Deals with LAnd Acquisition, Court cases relating to LAnd  LAnd Acquisition House sites,Arbitration cases, Bank reconciliation etc.

 Section H:

Deals with Visit of VIPs, Protocol, Vehicles and Govt, Buildings, CMRF (Chief Minister Relief Fund)

Agriculture Land Valuation Certificate Procedure

Agriculture Land Valuation Certificate

 Here is the detailed procedure on how to get the Agriculture Land Valuation Certificate

     Apply to the concerned Tahsildar for issue of the certificate through any Meeseva Center.

Documents required:

          i)   Application
         ii)   Copy of Passbooks/Title deeds
        iii)   Copy of latest ROR
        iv)   Encumberance Certificate issued by Sub Registrar

    On receipt of the application, the Tahsildar will forward the application to the Revenue Inspector and he will inspect the filed along with Village REvenue Officer and conduct Panchanama and submit the report to the Tahsildar.

       Finally Tahsildar will issue the Certificate.

How to get Birth Certificate from concerned Authority



Birth  Certificate
1)      Registered :
If the name of the child is already registered then this process applicable

a)      Current Year
If it is current year you can get the certificate from Local bodies like GHMC/Muncipalities/Gram Panchayats.

Apply in Meeseva with requisite fee, it can be easily processed within 7 to 10 days.
b)      Previous years :

i)                    Proof of identity like Aadhar or any other
ii)                  Application form

2)      Un Registered :
If the child name is not included in the Birth Register, then the Revenue Divisional Officer is competent to issue the Birth Certificate

            You can apply to Revenue Divisional Officer concerned through Meeseva.

He will forward the application to Tahsildar concerned for scrutiny and process.

Certificates required for application

i)                Non availability certificate issued by Panchayat Secretary concerned
ii)                SSC/ Bonofide certificates for proof of DOB/Age
iii)                  Affidavit
iv)                Proof of identity like Aadhar or any other
